Pegasus Arenas
Levellers & Estate Drives

All arenas need regular maintenance and levelling. The more you use an arena then the more it will need to be groomed.

You must choose a leveller which will suit your surface and not one that is meant for a different type of finish.

Quad tow leveller

The moisture content in your arena will usually determine how much and how often you need to use a leveller. If you find that your arena becomes dry too quickly then you may want to consider one of our irrigation or sprinkler systems. Wax surfaces tend not to dry out as much as others but may become a little firmer in the winter months.

We wholeheartedly recommend Mayfield Engineering who supply levellers to many of our customers either to be towed by a vehicle/quad or to be used behind a small tractor.

Estate Drives and other Services

Whilst we are on site many customers will ask us to carry out further works. It is of course cheaper to use us once the machinery has all been delivered to the site and most times is more convenient as well for the customer. We can install roads, estate drives, septic tanks, fencing or almost any other job which needs our particular expertise and/or machinery.

In this photo we have temporarily installed a 20mt Paddock Pen next to a fieild shelter and stable.

Here we installed an arena in a particularly wet environment based on a heavy clay soil. We then made a new entrance from the lane and put in a base and a road for a small stable block. The concrete used was the same standard as used in cow sheds. The customers, as you can see, have children that enjoy the arena for football as well as riding.
